Text Box: SERVER ACCESS FEE: The server access fee allows you to use Connect2Car Server features, such as Mapping, history logging, Control from web interface, Control via data plan on phone e.t.c > Note that the Anywhere G2 unit will still work if you use the ANYWHERE software in SMS mode to send commands directly to your vehicle. All you need to do is put in the SMS number of the SIM in your vehicle. > For USA customers, we provide a subsidized SIM with the unit. For international customers, you will need to put in your own local SIM card into the device. Upon registration you will need to enter the full international phone number of that SIM card, e.g +(country code)(city code)(phone number). Once you've registered that number on our server, our server can send commands to that unit and also log mapping information from the unit. > The unit sends 2 SMS responses after every command. 1 SMS reply goes to the phone# that sent the request, and the other SMS goes to the Connect2Car server for logging purposes if you opt for the Connect2Car Server plan. Server fees above does not include cost of the unit's SMS's.
