Cancellation Policy

We at connect2car would love to offer you GPS tracking and mobile phone/device control solutions. However, if you wish to cancel your order, you must do so immediately before your order is shipped. Your order is considered shipped when a shipping confirmation has been sent to you via email.

Send your order cancellation request by email to: sales@connect2car.com or contact us by phone referencing your order number.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return Policy.
